
The Warriors finished the weekend strong with a 4-0 shut-out over the Calgary Edge. Abigail Clarke picked up the win in goal making 16 saves for the shut-out. Sam Sutherland led the way with 2 goals and Cylenna Alexander and Jessica Sibley added a goal a piece. The girls finished with an overall record of 2 wins, 1 loss and 1 tie. Saturday morning the girls tied the Pacific Steelers 3-3. Sam Sutherland scored two goals and Jessyka Holt picked up one. Friday night the Warriors skated to a 6-1 victory over the Minnesota Thoroughbreds. Brittney Redlick led the way with 3 goals. Sam Feiseler scored 2 and Heather Berzins scored 1 to provide the offense. Jade Walsh picked up the victory in goal. Earlier on Friday the Warriors opened with a 6-2 loss to the host Balmoral Hall Blazers. The Warriors led after one period 2-1 with Jessica Sibley getting 2 goals but then gave up 4 in a row and an empty netter. The next JWHL weekend is Dec. 2 - 4 in Warner.
