Mackenzie will be returning for her second season of Warner Hockey and entering grade 11. Her parents Gary and Carmen reside in Airdrie, Alberta and her brother Austin attends Lethbridge college. Mackenzie played her first seven years of hockey as a defenseman in boys hockey before switching to girls hockey and playing forward. Mackenzie enjoys hanging with friends, track and of course hockey. Mackenzie is excited for the experiences she will have this season and has high hopes for the team. Mackenzie's hockey goals include playing NCAA or CSI hockey with her academics helping her achieve that goal. Mackenzie chose Warner Hockey School because she felt it would help her grow as an individual and a player and prepare her for university life.
